Once your order has been placed and paid for in full, it will be dispatched as soon as possible.
We will ship to you as soon as we can depending on the daily orders quantity. Normally your order will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days. If, in case, there is some item out of stock so that we can not ship to you on time, we will inform you immediately and we will ship to you some accessories for FREE.
Three delivery methods for choosing:
(1). Deliveried by China Post Air Mail
Delivery time: about 7-25 woking days.Most of the time,it takes 7-15 days to United States.
(2). Deliveried by EMS
Delivery time: about 5-8 woking days
Please note: EMS is the best way to ship e liquid.
(3). Deliveried by DHL
Delivery time: about 3-5 woking days.
Please note: DHL do not accept the package which contain e liquid, so please don't choose DHL if your order contain e liquid. If you choose DHL and your package contain e liquid, we will ship the items by EMS or HKEMS.
If your order contain E Liquid, please choose China post Air Mail and EMS.
2. How long will my order be delivered to me?
Normally it takes only few days to deliver to your door with the global express shipping service. For instance, it takes normally 3-5 business days to deliver to US, Canada or Europe.
3. What should I do if I am not at home in US and could not get the delivery?
The China EMS express shipping package is delivered by your US local post office according to the contract between US Post Office and China Post Office. If you could not get the attempted delivery you can contact your local office with your EMS tracking number.
4. What should you do if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order in the time frame, do not worry. With our special Guarantee,we will reship to you or refund you money.

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.
Ecigsbuy reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
1. Contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days of the receipt of your items. We only accept products in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.
2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. Moreover, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)
